You know what? You can;' give any small child too much love.

You're doing beautifully and your children will love you always.

As for your son disclosing you were not their real mum, I think it's a bit of a power thing, something he knew, that she didn't.

It's how kids behave.

My sister, three years my senior, told me there was no Santa and my mother was so cross with her. It;s the same thing and had no detrimental effect on me.

Your children will grow into adults and you, like every other mother i the world, will me stakes.

But they're not mistakes. It how we internally perceive them. The cross we carry.

My nephew and his wife have just adopted a three-year-old girl.

She settled in beautifully and I personally think she's the luckiest little girl.

I also think your two babes are super-lucky.

Think about all you are giving them, stability, love, care, to name but a few, and in time, when they are teens and stretching the boundaries, they will say things they don't really mean. It's the load we accept as parents.

Enjoy the journey. It's shorter than you think.

You're doing just fine. 💜💛💜💛💜
