You can start a fitness class James. I read about a weights class being held in an aged-care home, but they only selected the fittest initially. Gradually the others began to notice that, as fitness improved, so did happiness. Eventually all who could were allowed to attend. I can't think of too many older people who are just ready to lie down and die. Dance, lift weights, and have fun. I suspect you'd be up for that. :)
