Words fail me Deborah. I actually did the Real Estate course here in Australia and never practiced because I knew I couldn't NOT tell the truth.

In recent times my husband have suffered because both the agent and the inspector didn't tell the truth on our present house. Of course at the end of the day, due diligence and caveat emptor should be at the top of anyone's list.
