Wishing you a happy Christmas, Katie. Yesterday my daughter and I made the most beautiful Christmas pudding chocolate balls...well, she made them. She's much more patient, and attentive to detail than I.

I made Scottish shortbread, my mother's recipe, Christmas trees, stars and gift boxes.

I found these lovely biscuit trays at the op shop, four matching, in green...very Christmas-like. Was so pleased with how they turned our on the trays.

We then sat down to biodynamic ham, gorgeous salads, followed by a real Christmas pudding that she had made from scratch. It was delicious.

Today we are off to her in-laws.
