Who owns these companies, James?

The reason I ask is that some years ago I wrote about a seed bank (The Doomsday Vault) where seeds are stored deep in the bowels of an icy mountain on an island above the Arctic Circle between Norway and the North Pole.

I thought this a wonderful idea until I found out who was behind the idea, and therefore, who was bound to profit from it.

It kind of lost its appeal after that.
