When I wrote that Karen, I was thinking of the leader we lost. She was highly-intelligent and informed. It would have been easy for her to use that power for her satisfaction, but she didn't. She made us all feel worthy.

Not sure I can truly explain that, somehow she knew all our strengths, and utilised them to help our colleagues.

She could never be replaced.

Anyone following could have capitalised on her legacy just by observing what what was in place.
