What I think is that when we do our what is referred to as 9 to 5 jobs, (if only!), we're inclined to believe we have put the hard yards in. For most of us it's tru (ish). And if we don't fallow through on what we should have achieved, we still get paid.

But running your own show where the buck really rests with you, it's a whole other story.
