What a touching story Beth. I'm thinking I have never ever felt I'd found home.

When we sold our last home my daughter asked if i was sad. I had to confess to her that I had never ever enjoyed living there. She was shocked. Ir was her childhood home where she'd had many parties, and friends over to stay.

The joy of finding home, and a wonderful friendly neighbour would seem to me to be the icing on the cake.
