I have no idea why people even think about having tats, especially those who are blessed, as I am, with easily, recognizable Celtic skin. It doesn't do well at any stage in life, so that, what follows, is that it doesn't hold tattoos well either.

We lived for a few years, in PNG, where many of the local women had small tattoos. They looked terrific, perhaps because it was culturally the thing to do, but, also because their dark skin held them well, but I never could imagine those same tats on my face.

I'm giving the penis-tattoo addict some brownie points for bravery,. To imagine even going through such an ordeal is pain enough for me.
