Well Gnaveenya, I scored all but one of your brain-nourishing foods, and that was the grain section. I have long given these up, but I do wonder if in the past, before the dawn of monoculture, before the use of chemicals, if they were better for us.
I grew up eating a diet of grains, and survived. I do love them, but I find I function better without them. Don't worry! Sometimes I give in to sourdough, and basmati. :)
So glad chocolate is included. Phew!!!
