Well Andy I am here to tell you my husband and I already do your previous breathing techniques.

For me personally,going to bed and actually falling asleep has been my biggest benefit.

I have a fitness track I walk along daily and do the breathing through the nose and expelling through the mouth.This works well for me but I am very keen to try the mini breath holds.
