Because I make most things from scratch, I cook for at least two, probably three meals. It's the only way to survive in our busy lives.
I make my own bread in the morning and only once a week. at that.
I end up only really cooking twice a week.
Like you I have lots of berries and other fruit in the freezer.

Something I have noted in the last few weeks is the emptiness of shelves. Even eggs today. I bought 4 dozen and felt guilty that there weren't that many left. What is going on?
I think the odd not-so-healthy meal won't kill us.
