One in Canberra that, had we kept it would now be worth a lot of money.

Now I see real estate in a different light. For us to make handsome profits, others are excluded from buying. With hindsight, I probably wouldn't invest in RE.

Just recently our daughter had a dodgy renter and though my daughter did everything in her power to reasonably meet the demands placed on her , and discount her claims (by hiring a scientist to estimate mould level...there was no significant mould) it cost her $7000.

She was devastated.
