We follow, for health reasons, a ketogenic, low-carb diet. We don't measure calories, we eat lots of good fats including avocados in season, and plenty of salads.
We don't buy any highly-processed foods, minimally-processed yes, such as coconut flour and almond flour, but no bread generally.
Yet if you were to come and eat with us you would not be aware of a difference.
It's a more demanding way of eating, because you have to be planning ahead, but it has solved family health issues.
Wine is still on the menu...but not every day.
