Very impressive, Patricia.

It's spring here, and I so wish I had done what you are doing, but I didn't.

I've planted out six garden beds along our driveway that were 'planted out' with black plastic and small pebbles! Who does that???

The first couple of years I was here I was endlessly weeding them. They had to go.

In all of the beds I planted cuttings of hydrangeas and Japanese windflowers, none of which cost me any money, and in amongst them I scattered different seeds.

Today I went out and found one nasturtium leaf! I was delighted, but then in the afternoon I went back out to water and there were five leaves. Magical.

I'm itching to get back into my garden (I can't for another week or so as i just had eye surgery) so in the meantime I am just enjoying the fruits of my labour.

Love you system. 💜
