Valerie you have nailed it. Greed is at the core of much of the homelessness. For the life of me I cannot even imagine, as a landlord, raising rents to a level where someone who has been a loyal renter, is overnight rendered homeless.

Yes AIRBNB is hugely responsible for a lot of this. Your don't amass close to 70 billion dollars over ten years without hurting others.

There is so much that we can collectively do to at least ameliorate the situation in the short term, and fix longer term.

Having a home is a human right. Politicians need to get their act together and action this.
