To be honest Christine, I tend to find most dietary advice from Diet Doctor.com. a group of Swedish doctors (originally) and Dr Jasoon Fung, a nephrologist who has written extensively on keto and health issues generally.
This is an interesting article. Keto is not about eliminating carbs, but rather eliminating refined carbs. You can eat really will and still have a carb count nudging 100gm.
