This is such a common sense article Jasmin. I've learned over the years not to beat myself up if I give in to temptation.

I spent Christmas with my family in Adelaide. They have a vineyard, so wine was not in short supply.

I don't drink much at the best of times but some of the wine on offer was really lovely.

I survived it all and returned home intact. Don't think I ate any Goji berries though. 😁
