This is one of the saddest stories, Michele. I am so glad you have risen above it. People often become victims of their surrounds.

Too many people start with just a drink each night, and suddenly they are caught in the web.

One of my daughter's friends, though no longer a friend, is engaged to be married. She and her partner often drink in the morning to feel better. That I find so frightening.
