There's a writer here on Medium who had a stroke and died for a time. She assures us that there is a form of life. I personally have no idea.

I wrote an article about bio urns, where you can use your ashes as fodder for a tree.. I rather like the idea. One man who heard about the idea on the radio, told his wife that it was how he would like to 'live on'. He was only in his forties.

Shortly afterwards he died in an accident and his memory is now a large gum tree on their property.
