There's a woman in Sydney called Heather Lee. She's 96, possibly 97 and she competes in fast walking marathons. She also beats a lot of people younger than she is.
I think it's natural to worry about how long you will be around for, but it isn't helpful.
We only have one daughter, not by design, and occasionally I think about her being an only child.
She's about to get married, so this helps me not worry so much.
