There is one you don't mention re sweeteners. I don't usually do sugar at all in my cooking, but this one, made in Australia, is organic, a little expensive, but you don't need much of it, and the Diet Doctor group, whilst not endorsing it, seems to think it's not too bad. There's NO after taste,

Let's face it. We all embraced sugar as something we could never do without. You don't have to go back too far in history to read about its hideous outcomes.

This one is ORGANIC Stevia. Here in Australia it costs over eight dollars for 350gm but it lasts a very long time. It's also GMO free, something I worry even more about.
