There is much to say about this Sean. I think there are many people going to work each day with a very poor;y-developed moral compass, people who get to work for instance, then make breakfast for themselves, have a chat with colleagues about whatever, or respond to their copious amounts of personal emails. They are the ones who have their Facebook pages open all day.

They may not be leaning on a shovel, but they are certainly leaning heavily on a system that allows it to happen. And they get away with it, because they know when and where to be visible.
