There are often days when I beat myself up for having wasted them. I then mentally do a list and find things like:
- making my bed
- making coffeee
- taking a long walk
- doing a load of washing ann putting it away
- always writing and reading on Medium
- talking or meeting with friends
- making dinner
And suddenly I realise I have done things, but I do wonder how I factored in full-time teaching and running marathons.That's where habitual mindfulness comes in. It makes us so aware.
