The teachers are there, Denee, observing, but not obviously so. It's interesting to note that when trust is in place, students rise to the personal responsibility therein.

There's a place in Wales where kids for the most part live in what they call flats...they have nowhere to play, so a concerned group set up what is called The Land.

There the kids can imagine and fashion as they please, light fires, scale 'walls' etc.

It's supervised, but it's done well. It's where local kids all want to play, which tells you a lot.
