The ABC here in Australia just ran a story on the Public Trustee. It was scary, and horrible,and I would say, downright illegal.

The Public Trustee, hitherto, enjoyed privacy in its dealing with clients, but the ABC went to court and won the right to interview, and run the interview with the public.

The two clients we saw lost everything. Some medical personal interviewed the when they were sick and declared them unable to look after themselves. Their homes and belonging were sold from under them and they were put into care with no rights.

These two people are now suing. But they have been frighteningly treated. No amount of compensation will be enough.

I always thought this agency was a government one. Just shows if he tenor of your business name seems kosher, you can get away with anything. I hope this finds them being totally fraudulent and closed down.
