I don't know much about Dave Ramsey, but I doubt his course in today's market, could get any young people out of debt sufficiently, to enter the housing market we face today.

Jared talks about serfdom. He discusses billionaires and their usurping pathways to success. He makes a valid statement that none of us has enough life hours to make billions, so it must be created by fair means or foul. Of course we all know it is foul.

Right now we can make choices, but it may not be for long.
