I have struggled with lower back pain and pain in my left hip, for years. I put it down to an accident I had many years ago, and have had lots of physio for.
None of it worked.
But recently I have been doing parabolic stretching exercises and this has been miraculous. I coupled that with Andy Murphy's breathing techniques. The miracle of this is that I sleep through the night, and on the odd occasion when I have to go to the toilet, I go straight back to sleep.
