That is such a dilemma in today's world Elizabeth. Last night I was watching a little skit on ABC by an amazingly in-tune satirist. It was based on The Three Little Pigs going to the market to buy a house. Each one they thought they could just afford and then along came the Jess Bezos of this world, willing to outbid everyone, because in time, when he has squeezed us all out, he can then rent at inordinate rents. . However humble the pigs scaled down, they were beaten by those intent on squeezing all of us out of the market.

It was so scary!

I'm thinking I might write about this very thing.
