Thank you Sonam. You are absolutely right about this. I wrote recently, in DMY's challenge about the loneliness of the new writer, the weeks and months of writing with nobody even clapping, let alone making comment on their work. It's a difficult time, and the reason why people leave. I'm not sure how we can overcome this, but it would be great if someone could be a lookout for the newbies, just to make them feel validated and to keep them coming back.
