Thank you Heather. I think it takes courage to step back and allow our children to make mistakes. Or, might I add, just showing them how to. I write an article about the tinkering school where very young children are shown how to use power tools It's quite inspirational (the use of the tools, I mean!). The thing is, most children aren't gung ho about things. They earn from observation and through trial and error. Thank you for taking time to respond.
