Thank you Diana. I agree with a lot of what you say, but for me stretching daily, hyperbolic, is a must, as well as weights and walking and playing sport. I have also cut back on fruit because of the high sugar content. I now do mostly berries,
I found hyperbolic stretching on Facebook, if you are interested.
I've had lower back problems for a long time, despite my distance running, now, as long as I stretch, it's all but gone.
