Thank you Carole. That you take time to respond to my writing is also inspiring. Do you miss running? I sure do.

I hope you do try keto. That was the diet they advised for epilepsy so many years ago, and then the big boys got in with their medications. I worked with a teacher many years ago and she developed epilepsy in her teens. I told her about keto, but she 'didn't believe in all that rubbish'.

Also, have a look at this link. It's all about magnesium. I read Carolyn Dean's book many years ago, and have been taking her magnesium ever since.
