I see the same signs of crumble in the Catholic churches Paul. Many parishes have Asian priests for obvious reasons.

To me this is the perfect time for change all round. If all people did, regardless of faith, was to come together as people, to feed the hungry, spiritually nourish the lonely, protect the vulnerable, from this would spring a church like no other.
