Susan, I guess you could donate as much of your body as you are able to, and the rest can go into the io urns. It surely beats coffins! Some of my relatives donated to research. No funerals were held.

Oe f our freinds was cremated, after which his ashes were spread out in Adelaide, and in Scotland. It's nice, I think. As always, thank you for taking time to comment Susan. :)
