Still no refrigeration, but the fish is now on beds of ice. Loved Malaysia.

It was messy, it smelled bad, there was no refrigeration, and flies were abundant. It was shocking to our sensibilities, but I realized we were in a different culture, and accepted it for what it was. It was as colorful and intriguing as it was far out of my range of experience.
