Spot on, Brian, but it's worse than just being overweight.

Have a look at the shapes of many. Never in my growing up did I see such gross obesity. Some as young as thirty, are dragging their weight along.

The food industry and the scientists who work within their ranks, can take a huge bow for the sickness that we see around.

I met a couple of friends for coffee recently. One was despairing of her increasing weight. She's always been tall and slender. Now she is not so much, though not fat!

I asked how much fat she ate. The answer was hardly any. I suggested that maybe she should introduce more fats.

That's the thing. We've become scared of fat, again, thanks to the food industry.

Have you ever noticed how quickly they jump onto what they see as the new thing..keto, for instance?

You only have to look at somebody who has embraced the keto diet, and ditched a huge amount of weight, to realize it must have something going for it.

Basically it's all about cooking good food, and pulling back on large amounts of carbs.

But now the food industry has jumped in and offered their version.

All we can do is be a step ahead of them. Thanks for your comment, BRIAN. Great to catch up again.
