Sounds like a great arrangement to me. I have a friend who is overly fussy about her home, and to be honest, and though I'm perfectly clean and tidy, I have convinced myself that I am on this planet to do more than run a pristine home.

I suspect your landlady will reach that reasoning in time, because I think she is lucky to have you in her life.
