Sometimes, Marilyn, I hate the term disability. Isn't it so easy to label children! You son has amazing talents.
I really wish I'd been a fly in the room when he corrected his teacher. Had that been me, I would have turned that into a positive for your son. I would have built him up to be so proud of himself, and for the students to see what an asset he is in the class.
I may have let you know, in a fun way, that it had happened, but hey, no biggie, I love when kids correct me.
She sounds like a rather insecure teacher.
