Some years ago, post surgery, I stood in line to question my medical bill. We had top medical cover at the time.

There was one doctor whose name I was unfamiliar with. His bill was on my bill.

"Who is he?" I asked.

"He was observing," was the answer.

"Then please remove hi from my bill. I didn't agree to that."

A significant of money was removed.
