Some years ago, I was on the P&F at work, and one of the members, a public servant, said much the same thing.

The next month my boss came to the meeting armed with a spreadsheet of all teachers do that is relatively unseen, working at home after hours, calling parents, training sporting teams, teaching music groups, and now, in Australia at least, meeting with colleagues in all holidays, to plan.

He shared it, adding, and this all means they don't even get 4 weeks' leave.

He also added that we were paid, for the most part, at least 20% less than public servants.
