Some years ago I had to stop running because my knees were so painful. I felt sure I was headed for knee reconstructions.

At that time I transitioned my family completely off processed food. To be honest I really believed we ate well, but in cleaning out my pantry I realised that, whilst we ate better than most, it wasn't as optimal as I'd thought.

Within weeks I realized I was no longer waking in the night, and it wasn't long before the inflammation had totally gone.

In recent times I started buying these savory biscuits, mostly lured by the descriptors. No prizes for guessing that my knees began to ache again. I stopped eating them and within days, my knees were fine.

Imagine how much inflammation others are suffering when a large percentage of their food is factory-produced.

And if only that was all we had to worry about. Here in Australia I see young people the size of mountains, misshapen and looking very unwell. This was certainly not something I ever saw when I was growing up.

To be honest I find it heartbreaking.
