I remember a horrid principal who wanted to get rid of a teacher who had been in kindergarten for years.
He put her in year four and put every difficult child in her class.
It didn't break her.
Instead she recognised their behaviours and worked on turning that around.
By the end of the year every parent loved her and her class was pretty close to being a model of exemplary performance.
Can you imagine how much we all laughed?
He didn't last long.
