My heart ached as I drove home, thinking of all the people who have lost everything and the ones who lost their lives. Many are still missing, and rescue missions are being hampered by inaccessibility. Roads are washed out completely, bridges gone, trees and debris everywhere. There are helicopters in the air all day long, looking for people and bringing much-needed supplies.
