And then I realised — the poor kid really doesn’t want to hang out with his aunt and his granddad when his friends are online and busy gaming without him (and would be heading to bed in a few short hours, given the time difference). And there was me, thinking a nice lunch out with his granddad would be just what a nephew recently having moved to the UK would appreciate. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
