Scott, many years ago when I was a young student, I worked at a holiday camp during the holidays. We were paid so little and were totally reliant on our tips. From memory we could often get three times as much money on tips as we'd get from the company.

The business model we didn't even consider. It wasn't right then, and probably isn't now.
