Sarah for one brief moment my heart was in lockdown. Your insect bite...I got one when working in my sister's garden in Queensland. I felt the sting. I saw the insect fly away, and then, BANG, the pain set in. It was horrendous. That went on for hours.

The next day it was swollen and it grew to be very large, and turned into a flesh-eating wound Fortunately my friend, also a nurse, tended to it every day, and would not let me leave until she could see it healing. It took many months to turn around. In the future I would definitely see a doctor. Hope yours is much better. .
