It’s Great For Your Health
“I’ve always said that I will never let an old person into my body. That is, I don’t believe in ‘thinking’ old. Don’t program yourself to break down as you age with thoughts that decline is inevitable.” ~Wayne Dyer
Negative thinking can certainly put stress on our bodies, but failing to maintain our skeletal system can seriously compromise our flexibility.
We all worry about aging, about not being so robust, or agile, but worrying doesn’t help. Days come and go and we notch them up on our life’s journey. There’s nothing we can do to stop that.
However, that doesn’t mean we don’t take charge. We can slow down the process by paying close attention to our body’s needs.
Imagine being able to live your older years, still wrinkled maybe, but agile, and strong, and feeling well…how might that feel?
Let’s have a look
I have a book called ‘Three Minutes To A Pain-free Life’, written by Dr. Joseph Weisberg. It’s all about stretching. I love it, and follow the daily stretching principles.
It’s a simple, effective system that, if done regularly, aligns your body and banishes even chronic pain, that’s right, the pain you’ve been told to learn to live with.
