My story is one of injustice, but I know that you will have many similar injustices to share.

What customer service? Some months ago I called the Kleenex company in South Australia. We’d been buying their large and thick tissues for a long time.
As their prices gradually rose, their large tissues became suspiciously not so large.
Still labelled as large, they became not so thick. The wording suggested they felt like 3-ply.
