…o. There were big trees cut off of the road every fifty feet for 50 miles. That is no exaggeration. There were very few people on the highway. I sailed home with ease on roads that were eerily empty.

Resembles the days of Covid when all borders were closing. We travelled from Queensland back to Canberra, with hardly a car on the road. It was eerie and wonderful at the same time.
